Confirm registration: CME Solutions will send you an email confirming your registration.
Collection of Practice Assessments: In addition to pre-event Practice Assessments, CME Solutions will invite you to complete additional Practice Assessments one month post-event and three months post-event. All data collected in Practice Assessments will be anonymized. We may use this data to (i) analyze overall behaviour change between pre- and post-activity Practice Assessments; (ii) inform needs assessments for future CME/CPD activities; (iii) inform the development of patient cases for future CME/CPD activities; (iv) inform needs assessments for future guidelines; and/or (v) publish results of overall behaviour change in a peer-reviewed journal.
Marketing: We may use your personal information to inform you of new CME/CPD activities offered by CME Solutions that we believe may be of interest to you based on the information you provide to us. All emails from CME Solutions will contain our contact information and opt-out instructions at the bottom of the message. At any time, you can request that we change or remove your information by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Security: To ensure the availability of CME Solutions services and the security of your personal information, we may use information from our monitoring software to help identify individuals and/or organizations if required for law enforcement purposes or otherwise by law.
